How to prepare for your session:

Wear workout clothes tight enough to reveal your body shape.
Wear a proper-fitting underwear
Be bare-footed
Follow the instructions for each photo as closely as possible. The quality of my assessment depends on it

A camera or your phone to snap the photos

Instruction for Photographer:

Stand immediately in the front or back of your subject.
Stand approx. Four metres (13 feet) away from the subject.
Hold the camera in line with the subject’s stomach/mid-back.
Ensure your subject’s head takes up the entire frame for the headshots and the top of their head, and their feet are in the frame for the entire body shots without the need to crop the photo.
Kindly take all measurements in Centimeters (CM) & Weight in Kilos (KG)
